How to Prepare Creative Assets for Pirsonal’s Technical Template Creation

This article helps marketing and creative teams prepare their visual assets for use with Pirsonal’s Professional Services.

Our team uses your content to build technical video templates using Pirsonal Editor and Pirsonal Script. Whether you’re using Canva, After Effects (AE), or another design tool, this guide will walk you through everything you need to submit.

If you are new to video personalization and want to understand what’s possible, watch the following guide:

What to Submit to Professional Services (Pirsonal)

1. Reference Video

A sample showing what the final personalized video should look like.

  • Format: MP4 (recommended) or screen recording

2. Base Video (Without Dynamic Content)

The clean version of the video, without personalized names, images, etc.

  • Must match the final layout and resolution
  • Often this is a single file, but it may also include multiple layers or files
    • Example: base animation in MP4, overlays with alpha channel, dynamic scene placeholders
  • If your video consists of multiple parts, please specify each layer and its purpose

3. Creative Assets

Include:

  • Dynamic text samples (short and long)
  • Dynamic images, videos, audio clips
  • Font files (TTF or OTF) if custom fonts are needed

Supported Dynamic Content

File Submission Checklist

Before submitting your materials, make sure to include the following:

  • Reference video: A visual sample of the expected final personalized video (MP4 or screen recording).
  • Base video(s): A clean version without dynamic content. This could be a single file or multiple layered elements. If using multiple files (e.g., overlays, alpha-channel videos), clearly label and describe them.
  • Text content samples: Include both short and long versions of the personalized text.
  • Dynamic image files: Images that will change per viewer (e.g., profile pictures, product thumbnails).
  • Dynamic video/audio files: Optional clips or voice lines. Ensure each file is clearly named and matches your intended structure.
  • Font files: If you’re using non-standard fonts, include the TTF or OTF files.
  • Public URLs: All media must be accessible via public URLs. If you need Pirsonal to host files on your behalf, please let us know.
  • Optional layer/object documentation: If using multiple video/audio/image layers, include a simple document that explains each file’s function and placement.

Send your files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or another secure shared link or upload them to the project management task opened by Professional Services.
