Use of the Services by Customer shall not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Services by other Pirsonal customers.
All Plans are intended for one-to-one marketing and not for mass distribution of single videos and have an associated monthly or yearly bandwidth limit as specified on the pricing page of the Pirsonal website (https://pirsonal.com/pricing) or shared by a legally approved Pirsonal representative.
Limits are calculated based on calendar months and are based on the date of account activation. Once an account reaches its monthly or yearly bandwidth limit, you will be notified and given the option of (a) upgrading to a plan with a higher bandwidth limit, or (b) paying for extra bandwidth at the then-current overage rate for your account (unless otherwise previously mutually agreed upon).
This also applies to plans with “unlimited bandwidth”, which is a marketing term. Still, video bandwidth consumption will be close to playing the files associated with all video IDs from an account up to 2 times during the billing cycle associated with an account. If your credits are renewed monthly, this also applies to your account.
This means that we may, in our discretion, charge fees for excessive usage, require you to upgrade to a more suitable plan, or terminate your account(s) upon advance written notice.
If Pirsonal detects any suspicious activity, the user account can be terminated and no refunds will be applied.
