EU/USA Privacy Shield

Pirsonal stores your personal information on servers located in the US and/or Europe. Pirsonal’s sister company, Owned-Networks, complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Owned-Networks certifies to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. General Data Protection Regulation

Pirsonal is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and we offer tools to help with your compliance efforts.

Pirsonal Digital SL ensures the protection and confidentiality of the personal data of any type which our customer companies provide to us in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.

All data provided by our customer companies to Pirsonal Digital SL, or to its personnel, shall be included in an automated file of personal data created and maintained under the responsibility of Pirsonal Digital SL, [which are] essential to render the services requested by the users.

The data provided shall be processed within the terms established by the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection; in line with it, Pirsonal Digital SL has adopted such protection levels as required by law and has installed all the technical measures available to it in order to avoid the loss, bad use, alteration, and unauthorized access of the data by third parties.

Nevertheless, the user should be aware that the security measures used on the Internet are not impregnable. If the transfer of the user’s personal data is deemed to be appropriate, then the user shall be informed of the data being transferred, of the aim of the file and of the name and address of the recipient, in order for the user to give his/her unequivocal consent in this regard.
