By default, a user will be temporarily locked out of a Pirsonal account after they have exceeded the defined number of failed login attempts. For security reasons, we do not share the number of attempts but feel free to contact our support team for more information.
We do this to protect your account from any undesired access. For example, to mitigate brute-force dictionary attacks, or even when a former colleague tries to access a corporate account without permission.
By doing this, we also protect your organization’s and customers’ data.
To unlock a Pirsonal account after too many failed login attempts, please wait a few minutes and try again. We do not share the number of minutes for security reasons.
Things you should know about this security measure:
- There is nothing you or our support team can do to remove this option from your account.
- API access to create personalized videos and interactive videos is still possible during the account locked-out period of time.
- This feature can’t be removed or managed.
- This feature is available to all plans.
