When you see an “Internal Error” message and you have a subaccount, it often means that you are trying to access a Pirsonal account page from an account that no longer exists.
This probably happens because a Master account user has permanently deleted the subaccount that faces this issue.
Please contact the Master account user first to validate if this is the case. If your subaccount is still active, please open a support ticket by writing at help@pirsonal.com.
